Our Series

The Top 50 Pike Series Tournament Trail was started in 2002 by Jim Patry and Denis Aubin, 2 fishing industry leaders in North Eastern Ontario. It was started to help provide financial assistance to small communities throughout Ontario that suffered financial loss due to forest harvesting and mining. What we mean by this in more detail is a Non For Profit organization in a community has the chance to host a tournament to help raise funds for their organization. Don’t get us wrong though, we have a great payback for the winning anglers while ensuring the host club does well also. We are also the only Pike focused tournament series in Ontario!
We have a great team of executives that help run the series along with amazing host clubs, volunteers and a mix of hard core and weekend anglers.

Our Commitment

The Top 50 will continue it's commitment to helping communities throughout North Eastern and Central Ontario. Each tournament site has a charitable host club that benefits financially from the Top 50 Series. In return the host clubs provide the series with the hard working volunteers which help us run each tournament smoothly. It's a win-win for everyone involved.
